•The name of your Extended Health Insurance provider
• Wear or bring shorts to allow for easy leg examination
• Arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork
• Prepare any questions you’d like to ask our specialist
• Call your insurance provider to check:
    - Are compression socks covered?
   - What compression level?
   - How many pairs?
   - What is your annual coverage?
During Your Consultation – What to expect from our specialists.
• We will review your symptoms and medical history
• A physical leg exam will be performed If needed, we will outline the next steps or schedule treatment
After Your Appointment – Next steps and follow-up care.
• You’ll receive written instructions or follow-up info if required
• Our team is available for ongoing support and to answer any questions

Booking Options
All appointments at Segal Vein Clinic require a referral from your general practitioner (GP). You can:
✔ Get a Referral from Your GP: Ask your doctor to fax a referral to our clinic. Once we receive the referral, we will contact you to book your appointment.
✔ Call Us to Book (with referral):If you already have a referral, call us directly to schedule your consultation.
